Dispatch & Processing

All orders are dispatched from Europe. Orders placed before 12:00 CET Monday–Friday are processed within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders ship on their stated date.

Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track it in your account orders page.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties levied by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility. We mark all shipments at full declared value.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at our contact page to initiate a return. Digital goods and limited drops are non-refundable.
