When does the next drop happen?

Drops are announced on Twitter/X and Twitch. Follow Shinvelle to be the first to know. Limited drops sell out fast — enable notifications!

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may already be in production. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it

Check with neighbours and your local post office first. If the package is genuinely lost, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate.

What sizes do you offer?

Sizes vary per product and are listed on each product page. We include a size guide where applicable. When in doubt, size up!

Do you offer discounts?

Occasionally! Subscribe to the mailing list and follow on socials. Discount codes can be applied at checkout.

Is the merch officially Shinvelle-branded?

Yes. This is the official Shinvelle store. All designs are created in collaboration with or directly by Shinvelle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via LemonSqueezy's secure checkout.
